PAY IT FORWARD FUND
Do you need help to manage an aspect of your life with chronic illness? If you meet the criteria listed, you are eligible to apply for funds.
Eligibility Criteria
1. You have been a member of the KOI Discussion Forum for at least 6 months.
2. You have taken at least two of the KOI courses.
3. You make a request in writing to the KOI Pay It Forward Fund.

Please write an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. When you joined the KOI Discussion Group
2. What KOI courses you have taken and approximately when.
3. The particular chronic illness related issue for which you need assistance (grants range from $100.00 to $5000.00).
A decision will be made based on the urgency of the need and available funds.
