Overview

We know that children develop in defined stages from infancy to adulthood. However, most of us don't know the research that shows that adults can continue to grow through well-defined structures of consciousness, and become more evolved spiritually, cognitively, emotionally, morally, and in many other ways. 

In this course, you will develop a clear picture of the stages of increasing spiritual depth and personal maturity and the particular environments and practices that are most effective in promoting this growth process. You will create an individual picture of your growth in the personal, relational, and spiritual domains and design a map of where you would like to go.

If you are already in a path of self-development and are interested in deepening your growth in the company of others who also feel drawn to personal and spiritual transformation.  The twelve-week six-module program described below is designed to give you a clear map of the integral spiritual and personal growth process.  Resources include multiple videos, articles, and other sources of information and practice and a template which you can use to outline your own growth edges.

You Will Learn

The program is designed to achieve the following outcomes:

• Increased understanding of yourself with regard to both growing up (personal growth) and waking up (spiritual growth). 
• Acquaintance with integral maps of development and their application to your personal process.
• Connection to others who are pursuing the same or similar paths.
• Acquaintance with growth practices in each domain.
• A clear, individualized picture of how to proceed in the form of a completed template for growth.

The Instructors

José Ricardo and Lynn have taught in many contexts ranging from the ashram and the university to the corporation and the government and have personally immersed themselves in growth work for many decades.  They offer

• A clear and succinct summary of a developmental map
• A template for planning the individual growth process
• Opportunities for small group interaction, mutual support, and resource referrals
• Regular interaction with the instructors
• Multi media interdisciplinary learning.

This course is offered on line in six modules of two weeks each. There will be a group call with each module.  Calls will be archived on the course site for those who cannot attend.    

During the course, you will have access to self tests, helpful readings and videos geared to each module, and discussion forums through which you can communicate with your course companions and the instructors.
